TESTIMONIALS

January 4, 2016

Dear Karin,
I wanted to take the time to write you a quick note and thank you for being there when I so desperately needed someone to help me “let go” of my past pain and get my life back on track— you helped me in more ways than you will ever know. I just wish I would have found you sooner!

At the beginning I was pretty “weirded out” on the EMDR thing, but WOW what a difference it made. You made each session so relaxing and trusting it was easy to sit back, relax, and let my thoughts go where they needed to go (even if it was scary at times). Your professionalism, sense of humor, and genuine caring attitude help guide me through some challenging moments in my life (past and present) and I can honestly say I’m a better person today because of you!

Unfortunately, because of current work requirements, I will not be able to continue as I would like to, but will give you a call when things settle down (I will probably need a “mental tune up” before too long).

If I had to sum up the one thought/belief you left me with it would be best said in the following quote….

“I am not what has happened to me. I am what I choose to become.” Carl Jung

God bless you and thank you again for being there when I was ready to reach out for a helping hand. You are a true hero to your profession.” – Anonymous

“I had to call to tell you about this – I am so excited. After being divorced for a year, I am now, just after our first meeting doing EMDR, I am at a place where when my ex-wife would call I would no longer be all twisted up. Prior to that if she called and ripped me up and down, I would be a mess for 2-3 days easy. And now it has literally  no effect on me and I’m not even sure how it all happened, but it made a profound difference. And that was not the reason why I came to see you, that was a side benefit. I came because I was going to a business meeting and I was so worried and uptight that I couldn’t perform and that I couldn’t  maybe remember or do a good enough job. Like anxiety or maybe a lack of self-confidence and many other things, just short of a divorce and also my failed business. So here I was the day before I head off to a business convention. I just wanted to tell you – psychologically it changed everything about who I was and  how I felt about going. It made all the difference.  I functioned fantastic, my belief level sky rocketed. It changed everything. It is hard to explain the difference it made in how I feel about my personal belief conviction.” – Dean

“I was skeptical at first and then we started working together and I was not sure whether anything was happening. In the end I was ready to finish. Afterwards I felt cleansed and what was bothering me before was gone. Now when a situation that we worked on happens, I know that there is nothing that I can do about it. Just yesterday I had a conversation with my daughter that previously would have made me cry for days. Now I know that I cannot control what my daughters do. I am really proud of myself.” – Karla

She’s helped me solve specific problems as well as move forward in all areas of my life. Recently I have also been asking her for help with performance enhancement through EMDR. Can’t wait to see where this goes. Thank you, Karin. You’re the best” – Nancy
